What “construction” means with us
Most Karachi clients ask for one of a few scopes. Here is what each usually includes in plain language — exact inclusions are confirmed in your proposal after a site discussion.
Grey structure
The structural shell of the building: foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and masonry walls — before plaster, flooring, kitchens, and final finishes. Turnkey
A fuller package that typically covers structure plus finishing coordination so you can move toward a livable or usable space under one accountable team. Turnkey still depends on your drawings, material choices, and site conditions — we do not publish blanket packages online.
Residential builds
New houses and home extensions on your plot. We discuss access, neighbouring walls, and services early so structural decisions do not fight electrical or plumbing later.
Commercial builds
Shops, offices, and light commercial spaces where function, compliance, and handover matter as much as appearance. Scope is defined around your use case, not a generic template.
Renovation
Upgrades to an existing property — interiors, structural checks where needed, electrical refreshes, and coordinated trades. Renovation starts with understanding what must stay, what must change, and what the building can safely support.
How engagement usually works
- Enquire — share plot area, location (area of Karachi), drawings if any, and whether you want grey structure, turnkey, or renovation.
- Site visit / survey — we review access, levels, and constraints on site when required.
- Proposal — you receive a scope outline and commercial proposal. Rates are not listed on this website.
- Execute — agreed work proceeds with coordination and updates through handover.
