This privacy policy explains what information Sultanate Developers (“we”, “us”), based in Karachi, Pakistan, collects when you contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website (sultanatedevelopers.com) and to our Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number.

Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to send us when you get in touch. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• Website enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address (if you enter one), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the messages you send us.
• Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages: your public profile name, the account ID that Meta provides to us for your conversation, and the messages you send us.
• Facebook and Instagram comments: your public profile name and ID, and the text of comments you leave on our posts.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as CNIC numbers, bank details or passwords through these channels.

How we use your information

We use this information only to respond to your enquiries about our construction, solar, smart furniture and Burj Qaid services — for example, to answer your questions, share pricing or project details, and follow up about your enquiry. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

Automated replies

Some messages and comments may be answered by an automated AI assistant so that you get a quick response, including outside business hours. The assistant uses the content of your message to write a reply. A member of our team can take over the conversation, and you can ask to speak to a person at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run these channels:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp), which carries the messages and comments between you and us.
• Our website and server hosting providers, which store the website and the systems that receive form submissions and messages.
• OpenAI, whose service is used to generate automated replies from the content of your message.

Each of these providers handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details and conversation history only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up or project that comes from it. After that, we delete it or stop using it, unless we need to keep a record for a legal reason. Messages you send on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp are also stored by Meta under its own policies.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To request deletion:

• Send a WhatsApp message to +92 370 3310790, or
• Send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram inbox saying “delete my data”.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
