Data Deletion

If you have contacted Sultanate Developers through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or this website, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you, such as your name, phone number, profile name/ID and message history.

How to request deletion

1. Facebook or Instagram: send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account saying “delete my data”.
2. WhatsApp: send “delete my data” to +92 370 3310790.

Please send the request from the same account or phone number you used to contact us, so we can find your information. If you contacted us through the website form, include the name and phone number you entered.

What happens next

• We will confirm that we received your request.
• We will delete your enquiry details and conversation history from our systems and respond within 30 days.
• If we need to keep any record for a legal reason, we will tell you.

Messages stored on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp themselves are held by Meta. You can also delete conversations from your own app, and you can remove any app's access from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
